Below is an overview of the process to get pre-approved, understand your budget, and begin shopping for your new home:

Complete the pre-approval form.
This process includes a soft credit pull and a review of your income, and debts. Once completed, you’ll receive an estimated home price range along with the amount of down payment assistance you may qualify for. (Typically 1–5 days)

Start shopping for homes — this is where the exciting part begins! Together, we’ll review homes that match your goals and preferences, and we’ll also set up a personalized home search so you receive new listings in your inbox as soon as they hit the market. (Typically 1–30 days, or however long it takes to find the right home)
- Once we find the right home and get it under contract, we’ll guide you through the final steps to closing. This includes the inspection, appraisal, final loan approval, securing your down payment assistance funds, and completing the closing process. (Approximately 30 days)
